SOMETHING ENDED

BY CHOICE OR NOT

NOW YOUR BODY AND LIFE ARE CATCHING UP

I offer steady, one-to-one support for people in the aftermath of major transitions, when everything feels heavier than expected.

Hi there! I’m Amy

I know what it’s like to lose your voice, what it takes to rebuild it, and choose yourself again. My work is grounded in lived experience, not theory or platitudes. I value truth, real connection, and living in a way that feels aligned in the body, not just good on paper.

I’ve moved through endings that forced me to slow down, listen inward, and learn how to care for myself in ways I was never taught. Through that process, I rebuilt trust in myself, learned how to regulate my nervous system, and created a life that truly feels like my own.

Today, I live from a place of clarity, self-trust, and embodied freedom. I’m nurturing, direct, and grounded. I create spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, to soften, and to be real. I believe healing doesn’t come from fixing yourself. It comes from remembering who you are.

I walk with people through life transitions of all kinds, offering steady support as they reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity, confidence, and trust in what comes next.

HOW I CAN HELP:

I support men and women after major life changes, when the outside world has shifted, but your system hasn’t caught up yet.

This work lives in the in-between space, after the ending, the loss, or the disruption, when you’re doing your best to function but feel overwhelmed, frozen, or worn down from holding it all together.

I offer calm, grounded support so you don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we focus on helping your body settle, making sense of what you’re experiencing, and rebuilding trust in yourself so your next steps come from steadiness rather than survival.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

This work is for you if you’re moving through a season of change and feel like your inner footing has been shaken, including:

  • The end of a marriage, partnership, or long-term relationship

  • Changes in friendships, community, or your sense of belonging

  • Job loss, career shifts, or stepping away from a professional identity that once defined you

  • Identity transitions where you feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself

  • Burnout, ongoing stress, or long periods of survival mode

  • Disrupted sleep, emotional numbness, or feeling stuck despite knowing you deserve better

This work is not about forcing clarity or rushing a new version of yourself. It’s about creating enough internal safety for your next steps to emerge naturally.

You don’t need to rush your healing.
You need support that understands what you’ve lived through.

Ready to have support through this?

If you’re moving through a transition and want a steady place to land, I invite you to book a call with me.

This is a space to talk through where you are, what you’re carrying, and whether working together feels like the right next step.

You don’t need to prepare anything or know what to say. Just come as you are.
